Last updated: June 5, 2026

Welcome to SendingTogether, operated by Pattern Resource Group LLC ("SendingTogether," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using SendingTogether, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SendingTogether is a relationship and contact management platform that helps individuals and organizations stay organized and maintain relationships with the people in their network. Depending on your plan and any add-ons you enable, the service may include:

  • Contact management for individuals and organizations
  • Activity and interaction tracking, history, and reporting
  • Tasks, reminders, notes, and tags
  • Reports and data exports
  • A personal landing/webpage, scheduling, and QR codes
  • Email composition and templates
  • The Newsletter add-on (Quick Updates, Brief Updates, and E-Newsletters)
  • Text messaging features (SMS/RCS), where and when offered
  • AI-assisted features, such as the in-app assistant and writing assistance
  • Data import tools and third-party integrations

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features are offered as paid add-ons, may be in beta, or may be labeled "coming soon" and not yet available.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use this service. If you use SendingTogether on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Terms

Access may be invitation-based. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and any two-factor authentication methods, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. SendingTogether cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SendingTogether for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: fraud; distribution of malware; unauthorized access to accounts or systems; harassment; sending unsolicited or unlawful communications (spam); infringing the rights of others; attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the service; and using the service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload, enter, or import ("Customer Data"), including information about your contacts. You grant SendingTogether a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data and for having all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to collect, upload, and process information about third parties (including your contacts) through the service. With respect to Customer Data about third parties, you act as the controller of that information and SendingTogether acts as your processor, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Import

Our import tools let you bring in contacts and related records from spreadsheets and other systems. You represent that you have the right to export that data from its source and import it into SendingTogether, and that doing so does not violate any third party's terms or applicable law.

8. AI-Assisted Features

SendingTogether offers optional AI-assisted features, such as an in-app assistant and writing assistance for messages and updates. To use these features, you may be required to accept additional in-product AI terms. When you use AI features, relevant inputs (which may include portions of your Customer Data) are processed by third-party AI providers acting as our sub-processors to generate responses.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable and can vary between requests. AI features are provided to assist you, not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or sending it, and you should not rely on AI output for legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Usage of AI features may be subject to monthly limits and rate limits, which we may change.

9. Newsletter Add-On

The Newsletter add-on lets you create and send Quick Updates, Brief Updates, and E-Newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and collect responses. If you enable this add-on, you are the sender of, and are solely responsible for, all messages you create and send, including their content and your recipient lists.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents to email your recipients and that your messages comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, GDPR and similar laws. You agree to honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly, to include accurate sender information, and not to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend sending or the add-on if we detect abuse, high complaint or bounce rates, or violations of these Terms or our providers' policies.

10. Text Messaging (SMS/RCS)

SendingTogether may offer text messaging features (SMS and/or RCS) as a paid add-on. This feature may be in development or labeled "coming soon" and may not be available to you. When available, the following terms apply to your use of text messaging:

  • You are the sender of all text messages you create and send and are solely responsible for their content and recipient lists.
  • You represent and warrant that you have obtained the prior express consent required to send text messages to each recipient, and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements, as well as any applicable laws in your recipients' jurisdictions.
  • You agree to honor opt-out requests (such as replies of STOP) promptly and to maintain accurate consent and opt-out records.
  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients, and message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carriers and providers.
  • You will not send prohibited content (for example, content restricted by carriers or law).

We may suspend or terminate text messaging features for abuse, regulatory or carrier requirements, or violations of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services and Integrations

SendingTogether relies on, and lets you connect to, third-party services (for example, hosting and database providers, payment processors, email-sending providers, AI providers, and integrations you choose to enable). Your use of those services may be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your decision to connect an integration authorizes the related data sharing described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Subscriptions, Add-Ons, and Payment

Paid features require a valid subscription, and certain features require an active base subscription plus the applicable add-on. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions and add-ons renew automatically (monthly or yearly, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are billed through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. We will provide reasonable notice (at least 30 days where practicable) before any price increase takes effect.

13. Beta and Early-Access Features

Features identified as beta, preview, early access, or "coming soon" are provided for evaluation, may be incomplete or unstable, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are provided without any warranty.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service and your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication (including optional two-factor authentication), row-level data isolation between accounts, monitoring, and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the security of the devices you use to access the service.

16. Intellectual Property

SendingTogether and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding Customer Data) remain the exclusive property of Pattern Resource Group LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

17. Disclaimers

SendingTogether is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI output, reports, or data will be accurate or reliable.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Pattern Resource Group LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed $100 or the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pattern Resource Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the service, your communications (including email and text messages) sent through the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

20. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or is required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain and delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

22. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

23. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Contact Information
